Location: Barry Callebaut Americas is located along the Chicago River on the border of the Near North Side and River West. Details will be included with your registration confirmation email.
*Jerry Hagedorn, Executive Vice President at Barry Callebaut (and spouse of IWA member Jeanmarie Hagedorn), will introduce us to the commercial world of cocoa and chocolate, including cocoa’s countries of origin, global consumption, sustainability, and consumer trends.
*Following a tour of The Chocolate Academy, Chef Lauren Haas will help us explore the multi-sensory facets of chocolate, taking us on a journey to experience the smell, taste, sounds, and appearance of fine chocolate.
