Membership Qualifications

• Women who are foreign born;
• American women who have one of the following:
  • spouses/partners, parents, or grandparents are foreign born;
  • who have lived abroad themselves;
  • whose family is, or has been, engaged in international business, international education, or the diplomatic service.

New IWA members are sponsored by current members. If you do not know an IWA member, you can apply online and you will be connected to a potential sponsor. The Board of Directors approve candidates for membership on the recommendation of the Director for Membership.
