Introduction to Neurographica

In this workshop we will have a conversation expressed through drawing on paper. You will learn the NeuroGraphica method and will be able to produce your own drawing on the topic of Multitasking and Multi-project integration. The purpose of this exercise will be to help organize our mind around the feeling of overwhelm and stress from busy life to be able to see it in a new more productive context and increase personal effectiveness. The creative approach helps to reduce stress and reach a state of flow.
Presenter: The workshop will be led by Ilona Hassan, a Coach and NeuroGraphica Instructor. She leads group workshops and individual sessions using visual creative methods to tap into non-verbal communication with ourselves. She will guide you through the creative process, no drawing skills needed.
Please bring: Paper, colored pencils and black markers.
