PROGRAM: “World Famous Turkish Coffee and Kazandibi Dessert”
Studies of the historical background of gastronomy show that the Turkish culinary culture is in the third place in the world after Chinese and French. Join us for a unique presentation by Hatice Yavuz and Pelin Taser demonstrating the history and culture of Turkish coffee and a very special Kazandibi dessert recipe from the Ottoman cuisine. We will watch , taste and learn how to make a delicious, strongly brewed, world famous Turkish coffee, and a dessert that was created and served at Sultan’s tables.
