Program: “Tuesdays on the Terrace” Join the MPs as they celebrate summer while enjoying an evening of jazz in the garden of the Museum of Contemporary Art. We will be enjoying the musical project “Conjunto” of classically trained violinist, James Sanders. Conjunto is James Sanders’s long-running project to unite his classical training and theory with the freedom of jazz improvisation that is all grounded in the lively rhythms of the Caribbean: rumba, son, danzón, bolero, and more.

Blankets and your personal lawn chairs are welcomed. The museum also has a limited number of lawn chairs that can be rented for a small fee. Outside food and beverages are strictly NOT Allowed! Food and beverages are available for purchase from the Garden Space of the Museum of Contemporary Art. (There is no rain date for this event!)

NOTE: The Museum is free to residents on Tuesdays with Illinois identification.
