Program: Handling Change Mindfully
The Buddha identified the cause of human suffering as an attachment and offered a path to alleviate this suffering. The western mindfulness movement is loosely based on this path and is backed by scientific research. When we experience a major change in our lives, especially one that we didn't ask for, we suffer. In this talk, we will explore how mindfulness techniques can help alleviate the suffering that can result from change or attachment to the way things were.
