Program: Nina’s Best Exotic India Memories
Description: IWA member Nina Lascelles will tell us about the personal growth she experienced in her regimen of studying yoga in India, hiking the Himalayas, visiting the orphanage for children of leper mothers, the Beatles’ ashram, the wonderful people of Rishikesh and many other memories. She will lead us in some simple yoga postures and a few minutes of guided meditation.
