Program: Let's Roll the Korean Way!!
Description: This evening will be filled with fun and the opportunity to learn how to make Korean Gimbop (similar to maki) and Japchea (noodles with vegetables.) Asian Culture Co-Chair, Aelee Han will bring all of the ingredients and demonstrate/teach how to roll your own. We will have the opportunity to taste 3 different kinds of Gimbop including a Kimchi version and Japchea. Please come with your favorite drinks (BYOD) and be ready to taste a few Korean all time favorites. If you are feeling ambitious, you are welcome to bring your favorite Asian dish to share. It's The Way We Roll!!
